Personally I prefer people-free places so I don't get reported too often. I am not sure about 'true pg places'. On my EK I used Goroma Necro at 120-160 lvl. On my ED I leveling on Ancient Scarabs till 100 lvl (around 120k exp per hour with profit) and since 100 level I am hunting Ancient Ruins Tomb (180-200k exp per hour with profit + a chance for bait and maxima) If you want a lot more exp you probably should go Dragon Lords or something with SDs.

Probably Sea Serpents or Hive Surface would be best

It's good too but profit won't be that great as at hive surface for example :P
