Midnight panther?

Is it that rare?... I mean it aint a big deal for me in fact i decided to go for the panther cause the cheap prices of the whips

A friend of mine has like forever trying to tame it, he says years or something (basically since mounts were released). Only 10-20 players in our server have it so I guess it is pretty rare
