ram + processor
Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz (Haswell) good enough? and how much ram 2x4 or 2x8gb

The AMD processor holds up pretty well for botting while you are under 8 clients.
After you hit 8, it starts to drag the processor.
Imho, CPU and GPU are the most important factors.
AMD is geared towards performance/dollar
Intel is powerful but it comes with a hefty price tag.
