If GMs will be able to ban for botting then hopefully they won't delete account immediately because GM's opinion can always be biased (I guess?) :P Unless their's job will be to analyze automatic detection tool's reports etc and ban/delete accordingly to that.

Opinions won't be exactly biased, I'm sure they have to take measured precautions before officially enforcing a rule violation.

I'm not sure if their role will only be about analyzing automatic detection tools. If the information is correct they are hiring 10 part time employees (most likely students or whatever) for 12 hours a week. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually go old-school-style, invisible ingame and check out potential botters.
