WHAT TO DO.. hacked

So I bought an account from Wobbz, it was a 150+ ek on Hiberna, so I bought 2kk from Punktg and put on the account, I transffered the knight to amera last night, woke up today, and all the sudden I noticed I was logged out in Carlin when I logged myself out last night in Venore. So I got to check my bank balance have there is a balance of 671 gold... I still have my prismatic set which wasnt taken so i sent it to an alt, but I am afraid to play the account now, I changed the password when i got the account and just paid for a new account name, the account is in queue for the change info but it won't be accepted until like February 4th..

Does anyone have any tips?

Wobbz might has scammed you, but it's pretty weird he/she didn't took your set. Also scan your PC if you have any viruses on it. After that wait for your account name reset and you're good to go.

so once i have done the paid account name change no one could get it again? or are you talking about the account info like my name address etc and email.

wobbz didnt hack you cause he would have changed the password to get the account back, you didn't mention anything about not being able to log in so am pretty sure it was mostly a key logger or one of those fake tibia website that scammmed you.

changing character name, account name or password won't help you at all with extra protection.

what you need to do is change account registration address,order a confirmation key, use the confirmation key. change the email adress. after all that is done then you can go sleep at night without worrying about bedbugs. if someone else has recovery key they can hack you anytime but you would notice because email and password wouldn't be the same.

1st you should have started changing registration change the day you bought the character, also adding the time it takes to order and receive a new confirmation key it would be closer to 40 days.

you can play the chart just don't put items your not willing to lose. buying charts is a pain in the ass lol

I doubt that guy would scam you.. he is a resseler.. he wont dirty his rep for 2kk
