That's why I don't play US servers, I've usually been playing on European servers, a lot more respectful people can be found there.
Plus, another perk of playing on European servers is that when it's like 10-11PM our time, it's like 3-4 AM their time, so generally, you got the whole world to yourself while they (Europeans) are asleep, obviously except botters, but still it gets really empty.

I always had problems with br's. Don't get me wrong there all not bad and every nationality has there own problem players. With that being said i always had majority problems with br's. I can still remember it seemed like 2003 was the year they invaded our server.
