Can you get deleted for saying this?

i thought i was letting some friend play on my ek today so we could have some fun pking, but it appeared to be some hacker or something ;p so now he cleaned that char and told some people like "hey im botting now" and stuff like that....

is it possible to get deleted for saying "im botting now" without any previous warnings on the account?

I don't think so, a message report doesn't really prove you were cheating.
I think CipSoft is just going to give you the heaviest, non-deletion penalty, which is a 2-year(?) final warning.

Yeah if they reported it its basically admitting your a botter. Not really any grey area on this one. And he prolly said it to people that he knew that were just getting the msg so they could delete you. I'd go on a black skull rampage and say fuck the char. If its still around after your black skull then go on another rampage. If its still not deleted I'd start playing it again :P cuz then if it did get deleted atleast ya had some fun with it before it was gone. What lvl btw?

oh wait I wasn't able to log in for 72 hrs that's right I forgot. I freaked out o when guy reported me and put everythin in a parcel. I put in one parcel in ankrahmun my; master archer armor, yalahari legs, elite draken helmet, warsinger bow and 2 softies and about 1kk in other stuff. I logged on other account and realized that I either misspelled a name on the label or I accidentally threw that in the trash. -.- I was so sick, alcohol and tibia decisions=?

If he spammed it on forum aswell and in other channels Cipsoft will recognize that you've been hacked and won't give a notation/ban. If not you'll get a 2 days ban or so for admitting rule violations. They won't delete you cuz you could have said what u said just as fun for example. The only proof for botting that counts for cipsoft is the result of their tool, anything else like saying something or screenshots/videos of someone botting aren't valid for making a deletion

Admission of guilt is definitely probable cause for deletion. However, if you can prove it was not you, I'd say they'd be willing to "investigate" it and perhaps let you off. You must keep in mind that Tibia characters are NOT your property. Characters are the property of CipSoft and they reserve the right to banish or delete your character for ANY reason. You have NO claim to ANYTHING involved with the character you currently play. They're basically allowing you to "use" a character to play their game.
