I'd say somewhere around 320-330+ with 105+ in skills and the ultimate weapon like Shiny blade or something. You'll also need full Ornate set + maybe Depth calcei.
I saw a significant change on my waste from level 244 to 283. I think that your waste will be quite low after a long run with the requirements above and maybe even profit if you're lucky with the loot

Note how much the supplies for the Elder Wyrm hunt actually costs Don't mind the "Time" aswell as I was offline for a couple of hours, the exp is still 1,1kk/h.

Upgraded EQ on a few characters. EK #1 received a Shiny Blade and Ornate Shield, EK #3 received a Prismatic Shield and Prismatic Helmet.
