What about Kazordoon Minotaurs? I think exp there as a facc knight is not bad and also you can do Mino Task to get a Nose Ring (and possibly a Dwarven Helmet).

Ankrahmun Tombs -3 or -4. I botted my last druid from level 70 to level 100 at Stone Tomb -4, for example.
