I got this pally at level 120~ but at 80 dragons should be good profit, not so great for exp

Only been testing it for a bit, but it seems like I break even/profit just from non stackable loot+gp. Stackable items are profit

Meh. I've been away from tibia for quite a while, so I'm not sure what spawns are good and which are shit anymore, and before this project the last pally I had was level 300 xD I guess you could try cemetery -1, or maybe drefia necros? I'm always worried about switching to a new spawn, so I end up staying in the same spawn a lot longer than I should (botted this RP in drags at lvl 120, botted knights in drags till 150~, shit, I've botted an ED in swamp trolls until level 35 back before they started looting those pouch things, lulz).

Moral of the story; I always bot for profit, not exp :X
