Dunno if there is any other place with similar exp/h and reasonable waste/profit although you could try Yalahar Arena, Helheim Braindeaths, Goroma Necro, Drefia Necro, maybe Darashia Dragons. Around 130-150 lvl you can go Okolnir, Muggy Plains, Port Hope Hydras.

I think like 150+ for east side to be quite safe.

XP/MM: Can't imagine Sorcerers are very profitable. Looking for optimal exp/hr. Money shouldn't be an issue.

Non-PVP, highly populated. I can get 250k/hr without bonus if I have PHWE spawn all to myself but I have been botting there heavily since 90; Looking to switch it up and avoid getting any more reports.

I would try Thais Undeads -1 and -2 if I were you, I do well there on my ek, around the same level.
