    Setting up OT

I want to set up an OT just for myself really.. doesn't need to be online even. I want to make it exactly like real Tibia (maybe with edited spawn time to have spawn like normal server would) except I want to be able to create character exactly at level and skills I want them at for testing purposes and to create scripts for.

Is this hard to do? I've never done something like it.

they will be if you get the right maps, but even so, i've noticed that some ots have random bits of places where coordinates don't match

They are the same as most maps are tracked. It's relatively easy to do, especially if you're just using it for yourself. You will need to find a packaged tibia server, set up an SQL server/basic account manager.

    Look at OtLand.net for tutorials.

Servers don't even use XML anymore. You would have to go back to pre 8.6.
