well the hotkeys for say exori frigo or avalanche I will put on my mouse and will use any other hotkeys with my arrow key hand. I never let go of the mouse because you can mapclick if you have to move etc or push. Just do what feels natural to you will be best anyway

Flash client lets you setup hotkey pretty much however you want. Which means that I play Tibia as I play any other game.. With WASD and hotkeys all over the place. It's good, but can be better.
