I don't believe so. But transfers usually set their home town to Rosh so that they can access it, it won't make a difference.Have they defeated the Rosh boss to open the wall? If not, would hiding in Rosh be wise for transfers?
That is true. I just went through a good majority of the highscores and it seems a lot of them have Rosh as their residence.
Oh well, I guess I'll just avoid it.

Npvp is best for hunting
Both teams are pretty heavily recruiting so it wouldn't be hard to join one if you wanted though.
