Depends what you mean by botting.

Using the bot for main experience income (cavebotting and so on pretty hardcore): yes, 380+ ed probably I'd say.

Else I've been using the bot while in war/teamhunts for HUD's and a bit self-heal and so on pretty much higher leveled characters.

I still do not see why this is relevant in any way for detection-rate or so however.
