Highest character you have botted on?

Have you avoided using bots to play on higher leveled character? If not so, what is the highest level you've botted on? You sometimes see players getting banned on 400+ characters for using illegal software, in my opinion It's not worth using a bot on those high characters, It's just not worth it.

What are your experiences? =)

Depends what you mean by botting.

Using the bot for main experience income (cavebotting and so on pretty hardcore): yes, 380+ ed probably I'd say.

Else I've been using the bot while in war/teamhunts for HUD's and a bit self-heal and so on pretty much higher leveled characters.

I still do not see why this is relevant in any way for detection-rate or so however.
