I don't know any free scripts for that level but i guess you can try corruption hole -1, that should be pretty nice profit.

I want to make as much profit as possible, I am playing manually and I can hunt with 310ED. I was thinking about first 3 levels of Walls or Roshamuul with him, but maybe you know any better profitable place for this lvl. Also, where should I go when I have to hunt on my own ?

Oramond Catacombs, you can make huge profit there.

Crystal Spiders on both, water elementals for sorc ph corym for the knight gladiators for the knight and tombs for the sorc ... (there is like a free script page with tons of fcking tombs scripts xD
