XP/MM: I want good XP, been running Svargrond Barbarians and Stone Golems but too much people. Also Port Hope Tiquanda Laboratory, but also alot of botters and also waste alot of manas.

What about Yalahar Mutated Humans? That's probably the best exp for you. Check also Tyrsung Frost Giants, Port Hope Tarantulas, and POH Cyclopes.
