Account sharing is against their rules, but I never checked their rules so I didnt know. I'm new to Tibia, I've only played for 5 months and my friend made me my account because my pc was broke at the time

And if they can prove that you're lying in court you will not only pay a shit ton of money but you can also get jail time for lying under oath. Trying to lie about something that is so obviously wrong is just stupid, they can easily search enough information to prove that you atleast have created one account at some time. Even your statements found here on xenobot forums will work as good proof since you only need to convince the jury.

Not only will they have to have a representative in my country, they will have to take time to fight the battle which is not worth 100euros to them.

Anyway, I don't know where you live but almost any citizen of any country can get summoned to court if your government doesn't tell the charging country otherwise, and the losing part of the "battle" have to pay both sides costs

I guess that won't work cuz your credit card company will surely interrogate the other side, cipsoft, to this case. And if they explain the whole thing that you actively violated the tibia rules and you just do this cuz u are mad of your deletions then they will close the case and NOT allow you to charge back.

I got my cash back from previous 2 chargebacks (30 euros~) from them already, thats why I opened these ones.
I'm not mad at all that my accounts got deleted. Some were even sold and then got deleted which I've also done a chargeback on.
Your reputation isn't ruined at all. But they will have to send someone over to my country since I don't have a valid passport, therefore I cannot travel abroad. If they send letters threatening to take action, I will cancel the chargebacks, refund them the money. It's not worth the hassle over 100 euros.
