You can just contact their support and try to convince them that you never botted and your deletion was unfair, if not then well... just charge back all money you spent on that account

No one says is legal or not, you are just doing something that is not legal at the game, so they can do whatever they want at their game.

I'm sure that you will be able to chargeback your money if you can not get back the character.

I have been botting 2 characters on one account for 8 days now and it just got deleted, 3 minutes ago.

I got to level 36 on one and 41 on one, both knights, bought premium when i started.. account was created 2008, have been inactive for some years and I have been botting like 5-10 hours/day on it on Refugia and on Morta.

just make more accounts i have 21 presently lost 2 to deletion, but owell make more and more tibia is not gonna last much longer they thirsty for revenue they even charge 30$ for an outfit lmfao, thats pathetic
