Ofcourse im sending an ingorant reply when someone is directly asking me if im crazy&infracting me because of a picture i used in a thread. Without even asking me to remove it which wouldnt be any problem.

To me, using someone elses work is definately enough for an infraction if not a day or two banishment. In addition to that you called him words so yeah I can actually understand the banishment, even though it wouldn't perhaps happen on XenoBot (yet to be prooved ).

You weren't exactly banned because of that, you only got an infraction. Two infractions automatically give you a ban, though.

I've never recieved an infraction before. He gave me a 2nd infraction after i've sent him a private message which contained those words.
