    @SolitaryPal,

You're going to need a new motherboard (and definitely want a new one). Motherboards are the basis for all future upgrades. From what I can see, I'd recommend a new Motherboard, CPU, and GPU. The other parts are still decent enough.

    Few questions:

    1. What's your budget like?
    2. Do you want to go LGA 1150? (Less features, not as future proof, but very budget-friendly.)
    3. Do you want to go LGA 2011-3? (More features, more future-proof, but more expensive.)

There isn't really a budget - I'll get what I need to get.

I'd ballpark 500 GBP for now

Future Proof works better for me in the long run, so I'd guess the 2011 - 3

With that budget you'll want to stick with LGA 1150. I can get you all three of the upgrades you'll want. If you decide to go the LGA 2011-3 route, it is going to limit you to probably 2 of the 3 upgrades (at best) with that budget.

With these upgrades, you'll be able to play pretty much any game at fairly high settings and tackle any task for a good 2-3 years. I tried to get a pretty "future proof" motherboard with some good features:

    • Motherboard: MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 [+$110] (Amazon)
    • CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K Processor 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 [+$235] (Amazon)
    • GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB Super SC ACX 2.0+ [+$250] (Amazon)

Notes: I recommend you get a water cooler for that 4690k. The memory you have may be a bit dated, too. You can upgrade that but it's not necessary. Just be sure to get Corsair DDR3 2400MHz memory. (It's like $10-$20 more than 1600MHz or 1866MHz, you may as well go for it.)

No problem. If you want to get LGA 2011 components, you'll be hitting your maximum budget with 2 out of the 3 areas I recommend upgrading. It probably isn't necessary for you. The LGA 1150 setup is very good for basic users/gamers. LGA 2011-3 is mainly for enthusiasts. The motherboard I would recommend (for an LGA 2011-3 build) would be around $300 itself.

Yeah of course i wouldnt be buying any hardware now im just taking a step to get a basic idea of what type of hardware will run a video shop fine. Thats the easy part. The harder part is shop utilization. Desks chairs. Running a proper server for up to 50 pcs to have good internet. How i will make accounts that record hours and usage and cut people off after a certain point is harder for me. As well as figuring out a maintence schedule and what updates to run to insure that my pc isnt getting jammed up. The learning curve from hardware to soft ware is my problem, hardware is easy enough its just software and customability is getting me

The new "high end" 300 series AMD cards are going to be launched around Computex (June 2015). Might interest some of you.

Looks like the 980Ti was delayed until after June. But it will likely perform the same as the Titan X (with less VRAM) and cost less.

@nichjeremy first of all, you need more money.
50 computers is too much, consoles are unnecessary, the parts you mentioned are overkill, you're cheaping out on keyboards, mice and headsets, you shouldn't.
You forgot mouse mats, monitors, ethernet cables, ethernet switches, power strips, desks, chairs, games and windows copies.

Cheaping out on the keyboard is fine, I doubt nkey rollover will matter. You'll want a pretty compact one though so you'll leave them with a lot of mouse space.
Cheaping out on the mouse is not fine, first you need a ambidextrous mouse, second you need a good sensor. Zowie FK1 is pretty awesome.
Headset, not fine. You want a decent mic, sound and good comfort. Your best bet is probably Siberia V2, better hurry though.
For mouse mats, just pick whatever you want, I suggest cloth.
24 inch monitor 1080p TN panel 1-2ms should be fine.

As for the rest, it all depends on the place you'll rent. For chairs, I suggest malkolm.

Head over to /r/buildapc when it's time and you've figured everything out, meaning how much you can spend per computer.

Wait, you're still here? I'm surprised you're still posting in this thread if it's so "fucking retarded," as you said earlier.
