Mouse Recorder - Safe or not?

I just saw a thread on forums about fishing with a mouse recorder.

It made me think; is it actually safe to use?
Anyone who is good with the technology behind the things that could comment their thoughts on this?
No hotkey / key presses. Just a mouse recorder to rightclick fishing rod, and click on a water tile.

Because a mouse recorder can be used for so much more!
Especially in flash client, where you can make your hotkeys click-able.

You can make it say things, cast spells, attack monsters, open backpacks, refill supplies, etc.

Any thoughts/comment about this?
Would be interesting to get a reply from some mods and hear what you guys think. Especially Darkstar

has anyone you know, or yourself, been deleted for using only a mouse recorder?

If a program is playing for you, it is detectable. It doesn't matter what input method the program is using.
