Do you switch login from your computers (laptop vs. stationary)?
XenoBot has a timeout on 2 days before you can login successfully on the other computer to prevent license sharing. It's quite common amongs all the bots to have the license bound to each computer and not customer (since it's easy to share).

If you initiated a refund via paypal, your licence got automatically suspended. If the refund succeeds, it will not come back. If the refund fails, your time will be re-instated.
Please keep in mind that your errors are definitely not related to XenoBot, but are probably an AV. You keep saying you don't have an AV, but many system come with one pre-installed, and you may not realize it is there.

I tried it long time ago on my brothers laptop and i didnt like it and when i bought it for my self on my laptop its just deleting its self o i wish i could get my refund since i started it 5 times and worked once for 1 minute then it just deleted .. Was Pointless .. And it had still 30 day of premium lol.
