You should pick up a world with wars going on, i think dolera is quite great.
It is pvp enforced, yes, but not many people and leading teams fight each other, so they wont really have time for neutrals.
Or any other open pvp where there is a huge war is good for a fresh start, calvera is probably along with thera once of the worst picks.
calva/calvera suck because they're the most dead servers and you can transfer there from nonpvp (at least I think you still can)

Dolera is the best war server so if war is your goal then that's a good idea. Otherwise I'd go for one of the retro pvp worlds like Eldera.
Eldera is also beast at war.
If you're going to play eldera and be neutral, you're gonna have a bad time.
If you don't want to pvp at all, pick a non pvp server, you'll have a better time there for sure, now if you wanna team up and have a mix between pvp and hunting, the new retros / dolera are good options
