    Someone tried to HACK me.

    I own 2 accounts here in forums, one of them was a Lifetime @biaggio12 but i won a lottery and transfered the lifetime into this.
    I checked my gmail inbox, and had a notification about "Failed Login Notification".

    So, i dont know what to do, the email had the ip of the person. Any way to punish him with the help of @DarkstaR @Messed Around @Syntax @Luls

    Someone get into my account, tried to scam a couple of people. I dont know, am with fresh windows for a while already, so how that even possible? How can I prevent my account from get hacked again, clean windows and legal anti-virus not enough?

    P.S Thank god no one got scammed

    I think somebody is using a top password list brute-force attack. My girlfriend just sent me a screenshot of the same exact email, time stamped within an hour of yours. The only difference is IP, but I assume they'd be using a proxy for this anyways.

    Make sure you're using secure passwords and you'll be fine.
