Deal have been changed, instead of money i will give him an account.
I will give him acc/pass and he have agreed to not change the password until his account is fully mine, And neither will he start the registration change before the 10th September then a week have passed (So i have a week in advance).
When his account is fully mine i will give him the reckey/order him a new conf key.
