First screenshot could have been taken from any character of any level.
Second screenshot only tells me that he removed you.

There isn't enough proof.
Thus I can't take any action..

So what kind of proof can i provide you?

In my opinion if @nuub provides a better screenshot that shows his character's level (and name for the mods) and if @Arwen does not defend himself (he is well aware of this thread according to his profile activity) then Arwen should be banned.

I'll assume you have a chat statement in skype of you two confirming the trade. Maybe a private message of his skype name with confirmation from Skype that it matches.
Should be fine after that.
