Usergroup Changes

As the clock ticks towards the XenoBot Binary release, we're continually making changes to improve the quality of not only the bot, but the forums as well. In order to remove ambiguity over which users may or may not have licences, I have added a new usergroup that all XenoBot subscribers will be given when they purchase the bot. This usergroup is called Monthly Subscriber. Additionally, I've made some changes to the colors of existing usergroups. This was done to free up some colors for future use, as well as keep related usergroups adjacent on the color spectrum.

so if you get a monthly subscription on Apophis you get lifetime subscription on Binary? I don't get it lol.

Could the Senior Member group perhaps get some more PM storage? 250 would suffice, but 300 would be great. Currently it's 200.
