The best way is look for achievements on wikia and just go through them. What is easy for you may not be easy for someone else. That being said. Vanity is easy. Looking in a hung mirror 100 times whilst drunk. Grass cutting 100 times. Closing a window 100 times. Cutting sugar coat down is easy of you have a fire bug. Outfit and mounts are a great way to get achievement points.
