Yes, @cass has already sent me MTCN number, his full name, lastname and country. WU says condition of a transfer is right, but there is an addtional information:

I have never had issue like this. I tried to contact with WU by using mentioned number but it doesn't work. I also tried to give a call to polish service office but there is only an answerphone. All polish banks which operate WU are closed till Monday so i am unable to work this problem out.
