I paid @Nextech for a lvl 322 EK on Non-pvp and he called the trade off after I send the money to him.

You see that he refunded it and I added another 10 euro so I would have enough money to buy the 322 EK. I transfered the 130 euro to him via paypal gift and I havent received my refund even tho he says that he has send it but doesnt want to provide information whatsoever.

I also have E-mails showing that he has accepted my last payment but hasnt refund it yet.

What are you talking about, the proofs are clear.

I advise you to refund buddy. You'll end up losing a dispute and wont be able to make it away with the money because they'd cancel the bank transfer, you're in time now to check if you've refunded properly and post the proof that you've done so.

@Avalate when you call PayPal they will tell you it will take 6 months to complete the refund IF they will refund,
I suggest that you just go up to your bank and tell them it's a fraudulent charge and they will take care of the dirty work for you.. Gl man
