    injected = more easily deleted?

    don't get me wrong i'm using xenobot

    but i remember before when I used tibiabot NG/elfbot, when they implemented the automatic bans if you used those bots you got deleted right away almost, after they made like ibot where it doesnt inject in the client, all of a sudden u could bot for years without deletion.. what do you think about this? makes me wonder if injection increasing deletion rate

    Darkstar already said that he didnt find anything client sided that checks for bots, so it doesn't matter. Theres a post by him in the boards here.

    No.

    ekx claimed that injected bots would get you banned so that people would use his bot over the other choices. Great business plan, but a dick-move for the bot community because so many morons believed him.

    CipSoft doesn't detect if a player is using a bot. If they did, there would be so many more deletions and all of the bot makers would go out of business. The accepted detection method is a server-sided collection of path walking. CipSoft showed us they had the technology for it a long time ago when they posted a heat map of a cave players had hunted in in one of their featured articles.

    but what about people who just bot very limited time? still people are walking same paths when they hunt manually aswell, like I am when I'm hunting wyrms in lb, i walways walk the same route hehe... I think they know everyone who cheats and just ban a small amount every month in order to keep people paying prem.

    still i dont get it, if u used blackd, ng or anything else u got deleted almost right away back when automatic deletion was implemented?

    Yeah, but, if you compared the heat map of a bot versus a manual player in the same cave walking the same route, you can easily tell the difference. Trust me.

    NG had quite a few features that would easily be detectable such as showing player information by their name (level, vocation, guild, etc.) because it would "Look" at every player on screen whether it was manually possible or not.
