    Got charged twice

    I purchase another month of xeno yesterday That is all fine and great but then i just got another email from paypal i was charge again by xeno :/

    Most likely double charge from the automatic payment system, which means you have paid for 2 months in total right now.

    As joshwa said, only Darkstar can help you out on this one.

    Didn't even knew it automatic purchases another month lol. But anyways if that was the case I would have 60 days of xeno time I only have 30.

    I would like one payment back at least, it's been two days, i've even open up a dispute on paypal to which I thought would speed the process up. But none the less I trust @DarkstaR will return my money.

    Disputes cause the fees that vendors pay to go up, so by raising one you're doing little more than costing him money. Overall, if that dispute doesn't end in a certain way, you could end up costing him considerably more than the whole amount of revenue you might make him. I'd make the assumption that he's aware of your thread and is busy IRL. If you're in no rush for the refund, just be patient and it will come. If you're in a rush, let it be known and I'm sure he'll do what he can. For the time being, I'd suggest that you check you haven't now taken out a "double subscription" somehow. To do this, log into paypal, in the top right click your profile image then click your username, on the left click My Money, on the right click Update next to My Pre-approved Payments, and confirm that there is only one active for Xenobot.
    You cannot fail, so I'm lowering the standard.

    Ouch didn't mean to cause any problems :/. Did what you said and I do only see one active for Xenobot.

    I was charged today too look into my account aswell I didn't know anything about it my wife see it on the bank statement and just asked me about it

    I also told my friend about it and he never heard of auto purchase for xenebot either.
    Hopefully @DarkstaR looks at this soon because my friend said that dispute I open can be a very big pain in the ass if not fixed soon :/ (Didn't know it would cause any problems, I thought it would make this process fast)
