Deletion - account or character?

As the topic says, if you get caught with using a bot, does your whole account get deleted or only the character on the account that got caught using a bot? Ive used Xeno on and off for awhile but so far i havnt been detected. I want to start a new voc but wouldnt want to risk my high lvls get deleted

They deleting account with all chars.

Also any account matching your name and address details may also be deleted, too.
