Yes, and they're all gone. All within 24hours of the hack. Really really sad to get banned like this... Not a single ban in over 2 years and now this.
Fucking hell this hackers fucked me over badly for like 1kk on Beneva...

Yup. Even worse - they banned 2 more accounts of a ~290 ED and ~300MS (2 separate accounts), one of the accounts I hadent even used for months. So they must have fucking backtracked my IP's or my credit card info and then just autobanned them all.

All because suspicious activity (and bot reports, I assume) from the hacker who changed the info on my accounts etc.

Its just wow the way to go on. Fine if I get banned because I simply cheat. But to get banned on an account which didnt even have prem, hadent played for long, just wtf?
Im really really curious in how their "Auto-Detection-System" seem to work.

I guess its my bad to have used same credit card to pay for the different accounts, but beside from that and the same IP I've been really careful botting, never going to 16h stamina and so on.

Whats even more strange is that another account, with a 300 EK and a 290 RP (SAME ACC), also paid with same credit card info, is NOT banned, and should have 2x amount of bot reports since it has TWO characters which I've botted and have more online time, etc.

So WTF? I dont see the logic since that 3rd acc is not banned and its the most "botted" account of them all

EDIT: Another stupid thing was also that my first three chars on Beneva was named "Bollo One", "Bollo Two" & "Bollo Threes" haha. But again, it didnt seem to be an issue until this fucking hacker guessed the account & pw on two of them.

Hummmf, that sux big time man. I got somewhat similar situation as you but nothing is banned yet. 1 account i bot 3 different vocs on wich will not go lower then 20 stamina. Than i have an account which is a cashmaker so i even had it lower then 14 stamina once xD. And i got a safe account which doesn't bot and only stashes the money and valuebles.
What i dont have is the somewhat stupid names you got there. :P
Also if you check the beneva forums your name was mentioned a few times for botting that prolly doesn't help as well.

Also i do avoid all the known places for botters.

Thanks for all the support guys! was a fun project and seeing as people liked it, I've decided to start over again =) This time I'll never pay with my own credit card and have different names etc. And I'll bot them HARD so if they get simultanously banned, then I will get to know more in how their banning system works. Most interested in seeing if it could actually be the IP-adresses that they go after, but as I stated earlier, as I still have my "main acc" left, nothing makes sense really!
