Bad Internet?

Hello guys, I have really big problem with my internet, its very random and it lost connection for about 2-3 minutes at night, at middle of the day, at the evening, just 3-4 times per day. I cant bot, because when I bot at night it lost connection 1h after i went sleep and boom, 0 exp 0 profit sometimes i die...

What should I do? Please HELP <3

Mógłbyś wyjaśnić mi na czym polega te całe Proxy? Wydaje mi się, że może być to wina routera, ale nie mam pojęcia, po prostu mi wywala internet co jakiś czas... :/
