You should try Tiquanda Laboratory (very profitable place, carrot on a stick is worth even 30-50k), Port Hope Tarantulas, Mammoth Shearing Factory, Port Hope Dworces, or Lion's Rock.

I was thinking about brimstone bugs (lvl180) but i have to make few quests first.
