Well, i was looking over my files and found this.
Demona warlocks.. The waypoints should still work, and since the last update there should be an invincible rune shooter implemented.
This script gave med ~400k/h without hh, the way to Demona takes abour 15 min.

NOTE: THE LIB STILL NEEDS AN UPDATE FOR THE SCRIPT TO WORK.
I'M RELEASING IT IF SOMEONE IS IN NEED OF THE WAYPOINTS.
