As explained in the visible notice, we've experienced some server issues which have effected payments. If you made a payment between February 10th and February 12th but have not received your XenoBot time, please post in this thread with your PayPal transaction ID. If you purchased through a re-seller, please either re-use the code you were given (it should still work) or talk to the re-seller to get a new code. We're going to sort everything out as fast as possible and give compensation to affected users.

From February 11th, 2016 at 6:00 AM PST until February 12th, 2016 at 00:00 AM PST, the XenoBot forums and website were offline. We had a major hardware failure in our main machine, but were able to bring the site back after many hours of work.
Due to the systems put in place from previous incidents, we are happy to say that there was a minimal interruption to XenoBot use, and most users shouldn't have seen an issue at all. Unfortunately, however, we did have to roll back the site to the state it was in at roughly February 11th, 2016 at 00:00 AM PST. This means that any payments posted between then and February 12th may not have been properly processed. If you're affected by this, please post in this thread with your PayPal transaction ID.
It's been a bumpy ride, but we've come out on top as always. Thanks for staying loyal to XenoBot and thanks for your understanding.
