Don't worry about skills, you will make them by offline training. Check: PH Dworces, PH Tarantulas (task), Barbarian Camp MEDIUM, Hrodmir Stone Golems, Ankrahmun Scarabs, Tiquanda Laboratory.

120EK: I think you are making really good profit for now, and it will be hard to find something better. Check: Krailos Wailing Widow Cave, Quara Hell, Port Hope Coryms, Yalahar Cults, Ankrahmun Green/Blue Djinns, or Farmine Killer Caiman Cave.
