Machine Change?

Hello guys, Im using xenobot last couple of months on my pc, but recently i bought a new laptop and tried to set it there. The problem is, that when i downloaded xeno client and installed it on my laptop, it wont update it (update fail), and automatically turning on "offline mode". Then i tried to check on my PC if its working there, but the problem occured over there also. I would really appreciate the solution to this problem. Thanks
