HP and MP Percentage; On Click and Small BPS

Hello, so I am wondering about a couple of things:

1. What does On Click under HUD;HP and MP percentage mean?
2. What does Small BPS under Visual mean?

bumping this thread... I rly wanna know, and I cant figure it out. Come'on ppl.

if you have a backpack and got more than 4 items inside it will open up two rows, with small backpacks it will only open up one row. Try this yourself by buying a bp, put 5 items inside the backpack and open it up, then check small backpacks and reopen the backpack

HP and MP Percent - Health and mana percent displayed on the right side health/mana bars of the client. On Click Events: When clicking bars, they can cast spells and use potions.
