Binding a key to execute a very short sequence of commands when you press it? No. Putting something on repeat for a few hours? Definitely.

most macros you get have the option for random time intervals and that's what I did for training dummies and the like

While its true that a specific(exact) time schedule of casting spells, clicking food might be bannable, put in perspective also this use of keyboard put into a sewing machine hitting the buttons. For sure this will also give you an quite exact (though slightly more randomized) time schedule for press of keystrokes, yet not bannable.

Then again we dont know how CipSoft's detection tool works. Might just get banned for using the sewing machine method as well. Would not surprise me, but who knows ^^

They do not "detect" if you sit there and hold down a key, or put a stone / weight, on top of a key.
    I've done that several times.

I found a bug so I never get the 15min idle message and I'm able to do that, completely afk, without bots, for as long as I want.
So my secondary character (on a different connection & computer), kept mana potting my main char (with bot).
And my mainchar was 100% "manual" (no bots), with a bunch of coins on my F1 key, that spammed "utana vid". I've done that every double exp/voucher time for the past 2 years now.
Not even moved 1 sqm during that time, and sometimes I could do that for 2 days in a row.

They do not delete you for that.
It would be exactly as if I sat there by myself and held down a key for 40 hours.

I don't know anyone who has been deleted for that.
Using macro softwares is a different topic. There you can probably get detected (I don't know. I've never been detected for a macro recorder).
But putting weight on a hotkey will not get you deleted. I can guarantee that. I wouldn't risk my lvl 600+ mage for it if I knew I could get deleted.

Is better if I use three noob chars potting my main char? Which mana need I use mp, strong or great?
