I dont, and you are right there are not script of Dwarfs :P, but Shadowthorn and Mount Steurnum are avalaible from the library of xenobot scripts

Dwarf Guards have very high armor and drop close to no loot. All-in all they're awful for hunting while regular Dwarfs can be hunted without a refiller so you don't need an advanced script for that.

Water Elementals, Peninsula Tomb and Deeper Lions Rock are good options. All fairly popular though. Worse but less popular spots are Vandura Mountain (the spawn with Nightsalkers) and the old big Ancient Scarab spawn.

Vandura Mountain, Deeper Lion's Rock, Ankrahmun Ancient Scarabs, Yalahar Giant Spiders (depends on spider silk price), Nibelor Crystal Spiders, Edron Dragon Lair.

-4 is definitely doable at 80, but it depends on how the script is made. Jontor says his works from level 80 so he has probably taken some precaution to make it suitable for lower levels.
