Mutated humans and mutated rats are great exp at that level if they're free. Dragons can be great, but the good spawns tend to be super crowded. Nargor is a pure moneymaking spawn pretty much, I wouldn't go there for exp. Barbarians are good if you want to stay away from people.

I didnt write about mutated humans as imo this is suicide and quick eay to deletera. On my server they are busy 24/7, either bots or manuals...
