If you talk about SolidScripts HUD, in every script of solid it include this HUD, if you refer to shadowhud, well trykon already told you the answer.

and I can assure you... if you ask how to create hud like this, then you are not on the level to create one xD this is really a lot of coding to be done and @shadowart did great job there
