there are no registration codes,
confirmation key is used just to set new recovery key,
real data registration change takes always 30days, so during this time former owner could always pay new key,
thats why for expensive deals extra middleman like Dworak/Uranas should be used,

anyway such account is worth like triple more so i dont rly think he could concider such offer

Just from my time being around forums I will say this.
It is way better for you to put a starting point so your customers have an idea of the price range your looking for.

Now days prices are jacked up and you will never get someone to offer more then what you would like to get, everyone will start low and you will start high.

I'm not bashing you in anyway just trying to help gl bud
