311EK: There is nothing better than Seacrest Grounds WEST, check also: Elder Wyrms, Banuta -1, and Old Fortress.
315MS: Elder Wyrms, Banuta -2 (hardcore), Oramond Surface WEST, Lizard City.

Just use PVP safe mode.

If money is no problem, go to Darashia Dragon Lords, or Drefia Necromancers. You should get good exp.
