Obfuscate my .lua

Hey, I'm very new to scripting, I wrote this post becouse i want to know how to obfuscate my .lua code. I know when and how to use loadstring and dofile (i think). I must add that i read Camouflaging Lua Code post, but i can't understand it yet, I also searched alot, but if someone could give me a helping hand that would be awesome. Thanks.
